You’ll find the Murphy bed unmade when you arrive—this is intentional so the linens stay fresh and clean between guests.

All bedding is provided in the white bins located near the bed.

To set it up, simply pull the bed down from the wall—it’s quick and easy.

Pro tip: If you notice the bed needs some help staying down when nobody is on it, make sure the mattress is shifted all the way towards the foot of the bed.

When you check out feel free to leave the Murphy bed down.

Enjoy the extra sleeping space!

You may notice our signature scent when you arrive at our home. We love it but realize that everyone might not. 

If you'd like to turn it off, locate the button on the right side of the living room TV cabinet and press it once to turn off the machine.

If you want to turn it back on later, quickly double press the same button (you'll hear it beep when it turns on).

You’re more than welcome to use our Sonos system. The easiest way to play audio from Apple phones/iPads/Macs is to connect is via Airplay. If you need help with this, click here.

We ask you to be mindful about volumes, especially early in the morning and late at night.

You don't need to empty the trash before you leave! 

If you fill up a trash can and need a new trash bag you can find those under the kitchen sink.

There are bins in the alley (to the left and right of the parking area) for the full bag and any garbage/recycling you need to discard of.
