There is a dining table and chairs outside for you to enjoy al fresco feasts.

We ask that you return any moved outdoor furniture to the deck prior to departure.

You’re welcome to enjoy the charcoal grill during your stay.

• Please use it outdoors only, keep it away from the home, fence, deck, and other flammable materials. Please never leave it unattended.

• When finished, fully extinguish the coals and allow the grill and ashes to cool completely.

• Dispose of cold ashes in the outdoor trash bins (in alley) and replace the cover only once the grill is completely cool.

Relax and unwind in our top-of-the-line Royal Spa Epsom Salt Hot Tub, designed for a soothing, spa-like experience.

• Hot tub towels are provided by the back door for your convenience.

• The key to unlock the hot tub cover is hanging on the hook inside by the back door. Open the lid after unlocking with the metal bar in between to hold the lid off the ground when open.

• Please review the posted operating instructions located inside before use.

• Important safety rules are posted outside near the hot tub and must be followed at all times.

If you’re staying at one of the townhomes, please know that the deck divider is locked from both sides for your safety and privacy.

If you and your group have reserved the entire property we have designed the deck divider to seamlessly open and allow easy passage. To open the deck divider:

1. Lift both drop posts on the gates on the hot tub side of the deck (when you life each post, turn it to secure it in the lifted position)

2. Un-latch the gates on the other side of the divider (1007 Broadway side)

3. Open both gates to be flat with the rest of the fence.

4. Use hooks to secure hold gates open.
